The Space:

The cabin's prime location offers easy access to all the best of Big Bear, from hikes to ski resorts and days on the water.



The home’s inviting living room, with its warm and homey atmosphere, has something for everyone to enjoy. When you aren’t out exploring Big Bear, relax here with the smart tv, ample seating, and air hockey table. The cozy and fully equipped kitchen will inspire you to prepare delicious meals at home. Make use of the standard appliances, cookware, coffee bar, and dining table for 6. The living room fireplace has a pellet stove and we will supply the pellets.



This home sleeps 7 guests in 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #2 has a full size bed.



Bedroom #3 has twin size bunk beds, a full size bed, and smart tv.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

- You must be 21 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 21 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund.

- To ensure compliance with local city and county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.

- The home has 1 half-bathroom and 1 full bathroom with shower.

- Parking space for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

- All requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30.00 per hour. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

- Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.

- There is a $35 per pet, per night for pets, max of 2 for any pet friendly homes. Pets must not be left alone at the house unless you bring a kennel with you. Pets cannot be allowed on furniture and beds.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires in-person check-in with a valid ID and agreement of the Good Neighbor Policy from the person who made the reservation. This location is also ideal for its close proximity to nearby Big Bear Mountain Resort with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking, the Scenic Sky Chair, and 9 holes of golf to enjoy during the offseason. The resort is just 8 minutes away with 26 lifts, 55 runs, and options for every experience level. Non-skiers can get their thrill with high-speed tubing down the slopes. Big Bear’s 3 snowtubing locations (Alpine Slide, Big Bear Snow Play, and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park) are equipped with moving walkways which carry you to the top of the tubing runs. These fun-filled locations feature year-round options as well with summer tubing, mountain coaster ride, ropes course, waterslides, and more.
