- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- This property has a strict quiet hours policy from 10:00pm to 8:00am. You do face noise complaint fines from the city if you are outside on a deck (talking, BBQ, playing music, etc.) after 10 P.M.. This is a Big Bear city ordinance
- Must be at least 24 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Hostaway


CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Note: If you check out late and it delays housekeeping extra fees may apply
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Please take trash out with you when you depart. Trash bins/dumpsters on site are not to be used ( BIG BEAR DOES NOT HAVE TRASH PICK UP FOR VACATION RENTAL HOMES. SEE BELOW FOR TRASH REMOVAL SITES)
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Please put away all games
- Please put the covers on the outdoor furniture and
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Only bath towels are provided, please bring extra towels for planned use
- This property sleeps 5 guests in 3 beds, but the maximum occupancy is flexible up to 8 with the use of a twin rollaway bed, 2 sleeping bags, and an air mattress
- The heating amenities on the private deck may run out of propane during your stay. If the Propane runs out, you can refill (only) it at the following locations:
1.) DIY Home Center: 42146 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
- It costs about $25.00 with tax and we will credit you $35.00. Just leave the receipt on the kitchen table when you leave. Please DO NOT exchange tanks that have a `Fill level` gauge
- The property does not offer A/C
