The Space:

Our heart of the home is a bright and welcoming living room, with natural light streaming through large windows. Gather around the charming wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings, sharing stories or simply unwinding. The living room features a large Smart TV with Roku, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or movies.



The adjacent kitchen is a chef’s delight—fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. From a gas stove and single oven to a microwave, toaster, blender, and baking sheets, we’ve thought of everything. Start your mornings with coffee, tea, or hot cocoa at the beverage station, featuring both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, ideal for family meals or board game nights.



The home accommodates your family or group with sleeping options across two upstairs bedrooms and an additional sleeping area in the living room:

- Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed with a memory foam mattress, cozy reading nook, and private balcony—perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the mountain air. This room has its own mini-split AC and heating unit for personalized climate control, plus a large Smart TV with Roku.

- Second Bedroom / Bunk Room (Upstairs): Fun and family-friendly, this room includes a full-size bed with a twin bunk above and a twin trundle below, sleeping up to four guests. A kid-sized convertible game table (foosball, pool, air hockey), teepee, toys, and books make it a favorite spot for kids. Like the primary, this room also has its own mini-split AC and heating unit and a Smart TV with Roku.

- Additional Sleeping Space (Living Room): A pull-out sofa provides extra flexibility for groups.



The cabin includes one full bathroom, stocked with essentials: bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.



Heating & Cooling

To keep you comfortable year-round:

- Upstairs: Both bedrooms have individual mini-split systems with heat and AC modes.

- Downstairs: The Google Nest thermostat controls heat only.

- House Fan: A whole-house fan (controlled from the primary bedroom) helps circulate air and balance temperatures between floors.

- Portable fans & space heaters are available to supplement as needed.

- Extra blankets can be found in the upstairs hall closet and wooden trunk in the bunk room.
