Welcome to Minnows Big Bear Estate — a stunning, upscale retreat sitting on 1.5 private acres on the peaceful outskirts of Big Bear, nestled against the backdrop of the San Bernardino National Forest. Arrive through an automatic gate and wind down a long paved driveway to your own personal mountain sanctuary.



This is the ideal spot for extended stays, large family gatherings, or groups who want space, privacy, and plenty of ways to stay entertained — all without ever needing to leave the property.

- Local grocery stores: 15 minutes

- Big Bear Lake & The Village: 20 minutes



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. Long paved driveway with ample parking on-site. Note: the final 500 ft to the property is on an unpaved road off the main boulevard.



Other Things to Note:

- The property is located just off the main boulevard, approximately 500 ft down an unpaved road — a standard vehicle handles it fine in normal conditions.

- The home runs on natural gas tanks. On extended stays, the gas company may need to refill during your visit — this is rare but possible.

- Big Bear is full of wildlife — please exercise caution when enjoying the outdoor property, as you may encounter animals or animal droppings from time to time.

- Exterior security cameras are in place for the safety of all guests.
