Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 40-acre property and the home. This includes all bedrooms, living areas, the game room, the expansive deck, the 14-person hot tub, the BBQ grill, and the outdoor fire pit. Please note that there is no guest access to the garage. No Pets Allowed.
