Treat yourselves to a luxurious group stay in Instow when you reserve this spectacular, contemporary holiday home. Sleeping eight guests, the stylish, four-bedroom Devon house comes with a private hot tub, games room and bar, plus stunning indoor and outdoor spaces. There is a media wall in the lounge and all the bedrooms have Smart TVs. The property is just 0.5 miles from Instowâs lovely, sandy beach and just a hop by ferry over to Appledore in the high season.
Wander inside to find the holiday home has a reverse-level design to make the most of its exceptional location. At ground-floor level, you will find two sumptuous king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, and two twins, with beds that can also be arranged as super-kings by prior agreement. The family bathroom, with its chic, free-standing bath, is also here. Climb the stairs to access the outstanding garden and the impressive, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its vaulted ceiling and wonderful views towards the estuary. Recline in front of the media wall, with its Smart TV, or pull open the doors to the glass-fronted balcony and enjoy the fresh air on fine days. Prepare delicious meals in the striking kitchen then perch at the breakfast bar or call everyone to the table. Savour the split-level garden, with its lawn, games room and bar. Fire up the hot tub and help yourself to one of the robes provided. Follow the metal steps down to the lower garden to rinse under the outside shower. There is parking for six cars here.
Bask in the sunshine or go surfing on the golden sands of fabulous Westward Ho! Beach, 6 miles away. Saunton Sands is 12.5 miles away by car. Pause in Barnstaple to stock up on fresh Devon produce on the way home.
