Relax with family, friends or colleagues in our large peaceful home located in a quiet popular neighbourhood.
Upstairs is a double bedroom and a twin, serviced by a family bathroom. Downstairs there's a large comfy lounge, kitchen-diner & WC. Outside there's a private garden and parking for 2 cars.
Bicester Village is a short walk away with Oxford & Blenheim Palace only 30 minutes by car or bus. There are also shops & restaurants a few minutes walk away.
The perfect stay for work or leisure!
This is a 5 bed property but with only 2 bedrooms available, hence the large living space! The 2 bedrooms & bathroom are all conveniently next to each other so the layout shouldn't impact your stay.
GROUND FLOOR:
Enter the huge hallway, along the corridor into the large modern living room with comfy seating options and a large Smart TV with streaming services (own subscriptions required).
Large open plan kitchen-diner: fully equipped kitchen including oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & large fridge freezer.
Dining area comfortably seats 4 guests and features a Smart TV and small couch for relaxing while soaking up the kitchen's lively atmosphere! There are also a few toys in the TV unit to help keep the younger ones entertained.
Downstairs WC.
FIRST FLOOR:
1st bedroom features a double bed (4'6" x 6'3") with chest of drawers and hanging rack. There is also a dedicated workspace with an office desk and chair, ideal for those working or studying from home.
2nd bedroom features a single bed with a trundle underneath which pulls out into a full 2nd single bed (both 3'0" x 6'3").
Large family bathroom with electric shower over the bath, sink & WC.
OUTSIDE:
The French doors from the kitchen/diner open into the beautifully landscaped garden with large patio, children's swings and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the sunshine in the warmer months. There's also a tiny front garden with a bench, perfect for watching the world go by!
Private off-street parking in front of the property for 2 cars.
A travel cot and high chair are available for an extra cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families.
Conveniently located just a short walk from a variety of shops, takeaways & restaurants with Bicester Village Designer Outlet only a 15 minute walk away, with Bicester Heritage and the Tythe Barn a few miles away. Oxford city, Blenheim Palace and Silverstone are 30 minutes away and there's a regular bus service to Oxford. The M40 (J9) is only 5 minutes away.
Guests have access to this detached property as described.
There are 3 additional bedrooms on the first floor for my personal use which are locked & inaccessible. They're all located on one side of the property so this wonât affect the flow of your space or access throughout the rest of the house.
You have full access to the ground floor...except the garage and a couple of kitchen & living room cupboards!
Strictly no parties allowed. This is my family home when I'm back in the UK and is located in a quiet close knit neighbourhood.
Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors please.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
No outdoor shoes inside, please leave them at the door when you enter. There are disposable slippers in the cabinet by the front door for your use if required.
Standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is by 10am. We may be able to offer a later check-out or earlier check-in for an extra cost subject to availability and via prior arrangement only.
Mid-stay cleans and/or linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge.
Linen, towels & toiletries are provided along with a welcome pack including tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets and snacks.
We can supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of ÂŁ25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.
