The heart of villa NikSun lies on the outside. In front of the villa there is a big heated pool with sun lounges and sun umbrellas. Property of the villa is fully fenced, so You can enjoy all this in total privacy. Next to the pool there is an outsite grill and dining area for whole family to gather around tasty dish. For the youngest, there is an outside playground with slide and swing.

When You enter the villa, You will come to an open plan living room and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. All this is contemporary furnished and attention was given to the details. The wall facing the pool is almost whole out of glass panels, which allows You to enjoy the sun rays from hte inside. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with en suite bathroom and one separate bathroom. On the first floor of the villa there are other three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedrooms is equipped with double bed, air conditioning and TV. With four double beds, this villa can comfortably accommodate 8 persons. On the first floor level there is also a balcony for enjoying morning coffee and beautiful sunrise.
