The rustic Oldtown apartment Apola 1 is located in the very center of Bibinje, just 6 km from the tourist town of Zadar. The apartment is only 100 meters from the Punta Rožica beach, where you can enjoy swimming and diving with your family and friends. This beach also offers natural shade, a concrete sunbathing area, and sunshades. The apartment is located in the middle of a peninsula and is surrounded by the sea on 3 sides. The nearest entrance to the sea is only 30 meters from the apartment. It is located in quiet street with no traffic, making it safe for children. All necessary amenities are located nearby and in the pedestrian zone: restaurants, cafes, a clinic, a shop, an ATM, etc. Oldtown apartment Apola 1 is located on the ground floor, and above it is apartment Apola 2. What makes them special is the fact that they can also be rented together as the Heritage House Apola complex. This is an excellent opportunity if you are traveling with a larger group of guests. Apartment Apola 1 has 50 m2 of living space, air conditioning and WiFi. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, who will be accommodated in 1 bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa that serves as an additional bed for two people. The dimensions of the double bed and the sofa are 140x200. There is also satellite TV in the living room. You can use the bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. In the dining room there is a dining table with 4 seats.

On the terrace there is an outdoor dining table, great for evening gatherings, and next to it there is a charcoal or wood barbecue.

The apartment is pet friendly, a maximum of 2 dogs can stay in it for an additional fee of € 8.00 per dog per day.

Public unlimited parking is available for a fee of € 40.00 per car, regardless of the number of days of stay.

If you are arriving by plane, it takes 10-15 minutes by car to reach the apartment. Also, 2 km from the apartment is Marina Dalmacija, if you are coming by boat.

Bibinje is a beautiful Dalmatian place where you can enjoy all-day swimming and exploring the depths of the sea. Also, in the evening there is always music and entertainment until late at night. Romantic walks at sunset are also within reach! We would also like to highlight the rich gastronomic offer of Bibinje, i.e. the Bibinje festival, where you can taste traditional local dishes. In Bibinje there is a boat that runs daily to the Kornati National Park. Also, other National Parks such as Paklenica or Krka Waterfalls are worth mentioning.

During your stay in Bibinje, be sure to visit Zadar and Biograd na moru, which also offer a rich tourist offer: musical evenings, concerts, an aquapark for children, and a rich gastronomic offer that will delight you! In Bibinje, children will enjoy a small aquapark and slides, and you can rent jet skis, bicycles, and surfboards.
