Broadgate Farm is set in the Yorkshire Wolds in glorious Yorkshire only two miles from the market town of Beverley and minutes from Beverley Westwood, holiday cottages converted from period farm buildings with toasty eco-friendly central heating. Private garden/patio area and the farmstead is set in 19 acres of grass & woodland with lovely views across the fields.

We now have 6 cottages available, this listing is for the Forge. Originally the Blacksmiths shop and now extended this two bedroom detached holiday cottage overlooks our paddocks & Blackmeredale Bottom. We offer weekly holidays and short breaks with flexible start dates.

The Forge - Downstairs the sitting room has an oak floor and a wood burning stove, it comes complete with Free sat TV, DVD player, hi-fi with bluetooth and free wifi. The Dining Kitchen features a natural travertine floor & fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher - it has french windows out onto the patio and garden.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom with king size bed and views across the fields. There is also a spacious twin room that has plenty of room for a travel cot or extra bed, this room normally has twin beds but it can be converted to aSuper King bed. Room in both bedrooms for a travel cot which we are happy to provide free of charge. Please note that the bedrooms have partially sloping ceilings.
The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over and there is also a downstairs cloakroom. There is a floor plan for this cottage which can be viewed on the floor plan tab on our website.
Outside your own private patio & garden with garden furniture overlooking open fields. There is parking for 2 cars adjacent to the cottage.
We also have two other 2 bedroom cottages - the Stables and Foldyard so if this cottage is not suitable or already booked for your dates please take a look. We also sometimes let the larger cottages on low occupancy if all the 2 bedroom cottages are booked so it is always worth getting in touch.
