The Space:
The main cottage offers 708 square feet of inviting living space, with an open-concept layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly. Need extra space? The 187 square foot bunkhouse with a full bath and bedroom provides the perfect retreat.

Main Cottage:
1 bedroom with king bed
1 full bath with standup shower
Washer and dryer
Fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker

Guest House:
1 bedroom with king bed
1 full bath with stand up shower
Private patio seating area

Air conditioning with mini-splits in both cottages.

Brand-new Weber propane grill

NO dock or mooring ball at this time.

All TV's are smart TV's with streaming capabilities.

There is an outdoor fire pit for use. Wood is not provided but can be easily found at the nearby road stands and gas stations!

Kayaks and Lifejackets available for guest use from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Guest Access:
The shed is not for guest use at this time.

Parking includes onsite driveway parking with a maximum of 2 cars.

Please note that the home has 2 exterior security cameras viewing the parking spots.

This property is NOT pet friendly.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
