Upon arrival we tried calling the number listed to see if we could check in early since we had our 1 year old and 4 yr old. Never got a response. Still have not heard from the property manager after calling several times to try and figure out the heating system since the house was quite cold. The home in general was nice but not very clean besides the main living area. The entry way porch had bird poop allOver the railings, pine needles covered everything, which is natural for the area, but if youâre charging people to stay it takes two seconds to sweep it off. There was also wasps crawling out from below the front porch which I ended stomping on. The fridge was clean enough but the freezer section was not clean at all. There was dust all over the windows and the the shades were quite dirty as well. The basement had spiders crawling all over the place and several large spiders on the couch itself. The couch was dirty and food left uncleaned under the cushions. I ended up finding the vacuum and vacuuming the couch, spiders, and webs and spider nests on the floors and on the ceilings. The hot tub area was disgusting with empty beer cans, and empty wasp killer spray left out in the patio as well, with pine needles all over everything. The porch was was also covered in pine needles as well as the outdoor furniture which has big rips in the cushions and the recent rain had them soaked and unable to sit on. There was empty water bottles under our bed.
