After an afternoon of building sandcastles or taking those long, romantic walks along the shoreline, kick your sandals off and spread out in this bright and welcoming living space filled with lots of comfortable furniture and attractive decor. The large flatscreen TV will make for fun movie nights with friends, and you can provide some terrific snacks in the full kitchen equipped with all the appliances and counter space you'll need. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the coffee maker, Keurig, and Nespresso in the home! Serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for four, or head outside to the furnished patio to enjoy an alfresco meal on the table/chair set. You can use the high-speed WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure or download a good playlist to your device for a trip to the community fitness center. Things to Know

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
