We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful, well appointed property. You can’t go wrong with a new build 2 blocks from the beach with an ocean view from the roof deck.The hosts thought of so many things to make their property comfortable and fun for guests of all ages.We were fortunate enough to have a week of perfect beach weather so we did not get a chance to play all of the fun games the hosts so thoughtfully supplied. We enjoyed unwinding and dining on the two open-air decks before walking into town for our nightly treat. The kitchen was spacious, gorgeous and well stocked. The bedrooms were good sizes with lovely en suites and comfortable beds. The set up (3 beds on bottom floor, 2 on upper floor) was perfect for our 3 family group. The host was very attentive to any questions I had (most of which were before my stay). I could go on and on but suffice it to say this property was everything (and more than) we hoped it would be. It will not disappoint.

Love, love, love this rental! Very clean and organized and well decorated. Communication with owner was wonderful and we hope to rent again next summer! Lots of space inside and out. We loved all of the games and had plenty to do on a rainy day!

Best possible beach house and proximity to downtown, boardwalk, and the beach! Communicating with Alyssa, the owner, was easy and she responded quickly. They’ve thought of everything: every light switch is labeled, every kitchen gadget is there, the beds are comfortable, the appliances are top-notch, and the game room in the basement is every child/teen’s dream. Having a full bathroom in all but one of the bedrooms made mornings much easier. The kids are already asking for me to book again next year!

Simply Perfect

This house is simply perfect. We have been renting beach houses for about 20 years now and this one was by far our very favorite yet. Besides being new and clean, this house was clearly designed, built, and decorated with painstaking thought and precision. The outside is gorgeous, the porches are amazing, and the interior of the home is something out of a magazine. If ever I am lucky enough to build a beach house of my own, I am using these builders and asking Alyssa the property owner to help me decorate! (If she isn’t a professional decorator, she should be!) From the furniture, to the lighting, to the appliances, to the sink and shower fixtures, everything screams modern elegance with a coastal vibe. The location of the home is perfect as well! A short walk to the beach and boardwalk means you can literally park the car and leave it until it’s time to go home! We absolutely LOVED our stay here and would not hesitate to book the home again for our family vacation. AMAZING!! Thank you to the hosts for sharing this gorgeous home with us!!!

A Perfect Place

This new construction home was welcoming, clean and truly had something for everyone!! The lower level has a ping pong table, corn hole (which lights up to entertain the kiddos), a hockey table, a shuffleboard table and foosball. There’s a large table and chairs which was the perfect place to eat the crabs we caught.Upstairs is a large area for visiting, with a stocked kitchen and large tv. There’s an additional tv room on the second level and the outdoor areas are spectacular!! Up on the roof deck, stars are bright, there was always a breeze and the seating was so comfortable!!The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Check in and out was easy! All you need is your swimsuit-this place has it all!! Can’t wait to schedule for next year!!
