The home is located in a wonderful location, near the boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Very spacious, and beautifully decorated!! The views of the canal are quite lovely, and very relaxing!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan to return next year!!

Weekend Getaway

Mental health getaway to the beach for the weekend was just what we needed and this property delivered. This was the first time we've stayed close enough to the beach that we didn't need to trolley or drive. Once we arrived and parked, we didn't need to use the car again until we left! The property was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again! Only thing I suggest is having a hair dryer there or listing that there is no hair dryer. Most places leave you guessing, so it would be nice to have that one thing confirmed either way.

Peaceful gem

This property is so quiet and peaceful, yet still so close to the beach. We were able to walk to the boardwalk/beach. The listing states that it’s alongside a canal, but I didn’t realize how beautiful and peaceful the canal was. The property has a beautiful outdoor seating area beside the canal, but it also has a screen-in porch for bug-free evenings. I’d love to stay here again!

The house is chill

The title came from my daughter who said she loved the place. The house has everything you need is so well located and so comfortable. Mindy is a great host and responds so quickly. Highly recommend if you love Bethany.

The property is well maintained and clean with nice decor and everything we needed in the kitchen. The canal views from the deck, screened porch, and master bedroom balcony were wonderful. The location was great - a doable walk to the beach and downtown Bethany. The provided parking pass was useful as well. We hope to be back!

Canal View was a dream!

My husband and I booked Canal View for a week and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The host, Mindy, was very communicative from the time we booked through our stay. The place was absolutely adorable and EXTREMELY clean. We have a 5 month old and the house was so accommodating for a baby, especially because it was a quick walk to both the beach and boardwalk. The house has a screened in porch and another TWO porches to relax on. My husband also loves to paddle board and enjoyed taking his out on the canal each day before or after we went to the beach. We can’t say enough positive things about this place — we’ll be back next summer for sure! Thanks for a great stay!!

Peaceful get away

My husband and I brought our 2 year old for a beach weekend and wish we could stay for a few weeks! We were immediately relaxed and the pictures doesn’t do the property justice! It is absolutely perfect, so tidy and well appointed and the fact that it sits on the canal absolutely makes a difference to wake up hearing birds and the gentle lapping of water. We already want to come back and we just left!

Great place to stay

Property was VERY clean and orderly. It made it quite easy to check in and out. Really enjoyed the deck spaces to include the screened in porch and the deck on the canal. Very well appointed. It was a perfect place for our family of 4 (although with the kids, we never used the 3rd bedroom so it could definitely accommodate more). Location was excellent. Could easily walk to the beach or to restaurants (in either direction). Check out was at 10 am. It was such a nice day so we parked our car at a local bike rental and explored more. Grabbed and early lunch at Mangos on the boardwalk. What a view! Next time we will rent kayaks which Mindy said can be dropped/picked up at the property. That was the one thing I wished we could have fit in to our trip. Highly recommend Mindy’s place.
