Let Cabin Fevers #1 be your home away from home while enjoying your time in the Upper Peninsula. Cabin Fevers #1 is available for both short and midterm rentals!

The Space:
Cabin Fevers is a duplex (2 unit) property. Unit 1 has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms two decks, fully-equipped kitchen, (with full-sized oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans, glasses, & utensils), an ensuite Sauna and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. We don't have traditional A/C throughout the home, but the split-unit cools the home down considerably and we have portable fans.
We have Spectrum High speed internet, which makes this property a great midterm rental and have a large Roku Smart TV to catch up on all of your shows!

Guest Access:
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles or 2 large ones. The hot tub on the back deck is not functional and not included with the rental.

The Neighborhood:
Cabin Fevers #1 is located in the Powderhorn Village at the base of the Big Powderhorn Mountain. It is easy to go between the lifts and the home, or to go into town or on an outdoor adventure!

Cabin Fevers #1 is a part of the Superior Getaways family and each reservation comes with a damage protection plan that covers any and all damage that may occur during your stay. Enjoy peace of mind on your vacation, without emptying your pockets for security deposits! We are happy to be a dog-friendly home, but all dogs must be disclosed at booking or brought to our attention before check in. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee. This home does not have central air, however, there are mini-split cooling units in the home that work great for cooling on hot days

Interaction with Guests:
Cabin Fevers Unit #1 is managed by Longhini Property Management and is a part of the Superior Getaways family. LPM is on call 24-hours during reservations and normal business hours before and after stays. LPM's contact information is located inside the home.
