On the ground floor the bright and airy living room is ideal all year round with a multi-fuel burner for chilly evenings and French doors opening to the sunny south facing patio and garden for those other warmer, sunny days. The spacious well-equipped kitchen/dining room is ideal for families having the typical ‘light hearted family debates’ over meals or that essential game of monopoly that we all secretly love. All the appliances in the well-appointed kitchen are those you’d expect in a property of such standards, including a washing machine for those muddy clothes or rinsing out sailing gear. The recently added downstairs toilet provides additional convenience. Upstairs you’ll find three comfortable and well presented bedrooms.
