Escape to The Gathering Place at Cliff Springs, a secluded Kings River retreat on 3.67 acres with a main house, rustic cabin, and vintage Airstream camper. Enjoy private river access, two hot tubs, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, games, karaoke, and homestead views with goats, chickens, gardens, and fruit trees. Sleeps up to 12. A $500 refundable security deposit is required.
Welcome to The Gathering Place at Cliff Springs, a peaceful Ozark retreat set on 3.67 private acres with direct access to the beautiful Kings River. This unique property includes three separate lodging spaces: the spacious main house, the Ozark Mountain Hideout Rustic Cabin, and the Dream Weaver vintage Airstream camper. Together, they create a one-of-a-kind stay for families, groups, retreats, or guests looking for a secluded nature getaway with plenty of room to spread out.
The main house is a fully furnished, fully renovated single-family home originally built in 1979 and expanded in 2017. It offers 3,544 square feet of indoor living space, central heating and cooling, several thermostats throughout the home, ceiling fans in each bedroom, portable fans, portable heaters, and an indoor wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings.
The main house includes three sleeping areas. The master bedroom features a king bed, room-darkening shades, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a private spa-style en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes one queen bed and two twin beds, plus room-darkening shades, a ceiling fan, and clothing storage. The loft bedroom includes three twin beds, room-darkening shades, a ceiling fan, and a peaceful elevated layout.
The Rustic Cabin adds an extra private sleeping area with one queen bed and one twin bed, plus its own full bathroom. The Dream Weaver 1977 Airstream camper adds another unique sleeping space with one full bed and one twin bed, also with its own full bathroom. Across the full combined property, guests can enjoy up to five sleeping areas and five bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. Guests will find a two-door refrigerator, built-in freezer, microwave, gas and electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, water filtration system, mixer, air fryer, coffee grinder, baking sheets, cookware, dishes, glassware, wine glasses, silverware, cutting boards, knife set, Tupperware, cooking basics, BBQ utensils, and a dining table.
For entertainment, the property includes two TVs, including a Roku Smart TV with Netflix, books and reading material, board games, puzzles, a Bluetooth sound system, CD player, record player with CDs, and a dedicated music/bar/karaoke area.
The outdoor space is one of the highlights of the property. Enjoy spacious porches, multiple outdoor dining areas, outdoor furniture, a hammock, propane BBQ grill, built-in propane storage, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and two hot tubs. The property also features a full garden, pumpkin patch, apple, peach, and plum trees, a barn with two horse stalls, a manger, chicken coop, and a working homestead atmosphere with goats and chickens.
A private staircase leads down to the Kings River shoreline, located approximately 100 yards from the home. The river is typically around four feet deep in the summer and is suitable for relaxing, fishing, swimming, and floating depending on conditions. Water shoes are strongly recommended because the shoreline is rocky.
This is a working homestead. Goats, chickens, gardens, fruit trees, and other natural features are part of the property experience. Pets live on the property, but guest pets are not allowed.
The property has frequent elevation changes, steps, walkways, and a long staircase leading to the Kings River. It is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for young children due to the wooded setting, river access, stairs, and natural terrain.
The Kings River is a free-flowing river. Depth and conditions may vary, and the river can occasionally flood depending on weather and seasonal conditions. Guests use the river area at their own discretion. Water shoes are recommended because of the rocky shoreline.
There are exterior cameras at the front of the property only. There are no interior cameras.
Fast Wi-Fi is available, with speeds noted as over 500 Mbps, but because this is a rural wooded property, the strongest connection may be closer to the house.
There is currently no dryer available, and a laundromat is located nearby.
A refundable security deposit is required.
