The Space:
Moraea Farm is immersive by design — a timeless farmhouse reimagined through layered textures, marble surfaces, rich tones, recycled timbers and bold detailing, creating a setting that feels both grounded and expressive. Five king bedrooms are privately positioned throughout the home, each featuring an ensuite bathroom, private balcony, bar fridge, tea station, 32-inch TV and air-conditioning for personal comfort. Adjoining one of the king bedrooms is a bunk room, offering a flexible configuration for families.
Designed to balance private retreat with communal gathering, the heart of the farmhouse centres around a generous living space anchored by a fireplace and 65-inch TV, alongside a long dining table seating up to 12 guests and a fully equipped kitchen designed for shared meals and extended stays. Dining has been thoughtfully curated in partnership with Villeroy & Boch, with tableware and cutlery specifically selected to complement the home’s architecture and material palette. These pieces form part of the residence’s permanent collection and are provided for guest enjoyment throughout your stay.
Outdoors, Moraea unfolds across five acres of working farmland and landscaped gardens, where Highland cows, goats and sheep graze nearby, while chickens roam through the edible gardens. The wellness zone includes a traditional electric hot rock sauna, cold plunge, eight-person hot tub and heated swimming pool with sun lounges. A gas pizza oven and infrared BBQ create a natural setting for long evenings outdoors beneath open skies.
Expressive yet relaxed, Moraea Farm is ideally suited to families, retreats and groups seeking meaningful connection without compromise. Guests can also book a private animal feeding experience with the farm manager, offering the opportunity to hand-feed the resident Highland cows, goats, sheep and chickens.
