Location:
The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Wildau, which impresses with its green surroundings and proximity to nature.

BER airport can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or by public transport (about 40-50 minutes), making it the perfect choice for travelers.

There is a direct bus connection (RVS-736) and an S-Bahn connection (S46<->S45) to BER-Schönefeld airport.

A pick-up from BER airport can also be organized upon request.

In addition, Berlin city center and numerous sights can be easily reached by S-Bahn. The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from Zeuthen S-Bahn station.
and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Dahme and Zeuthener See. In just two minutes on foot you can reach Fontaneplatz with public water access. From there you can explore Berlin's waters with a SUP, for example.

Wildau has a direct motorway connection to the A10.

Apartment:

The apartment offers space for up to four people on two floors and is tastefully furnished.

On the lower level there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. A staircase leads from the living room to a bright, large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a second smaller bedroom with two single beds. There is also another small bathroom with a toilet and sink on the upper floor.

large bedroom:

Double bed measuring 180x200cm, bedside tables and bed lights (adjustable for reading), light switches and sockets available by the bed, bedside toilet accessible from the bedroom, multi satellite TV with hundreds of programs. The bedroom can be darkened with roller shutters. Air conditioning in summer.

small bedroom:

Access from the large bedroom, 2 separate beds measuring 80x200 cm.

We have ready for you:

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, slippers, first aid kit, sewing kit, steam iron and ironing board, clothes rack

Consumables:

Appropriate number of washing tabs for dishwasher and washing machine as well as dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, sugar, cinnamon, rapeseed oil as well as cling film, baking paper and kitchen roll are available. There is also an arrival kit with coffee pads, coffee cream and sugar as well as 2-3 types of tea.

Parking:

There is a free parking space on the property. If it is full, you can park directly on the street free of charge. In this case, however, we recommend parking 50 meters around the corner on Hochwaldstrasse.

Surroundings:

Wildau is surrounded by a picturesque landscape that is ideal for outdoor activities. The city is located directly on the Dahme lake system, which offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports. The green parks and riverside promenades invite you to enjoy nature and spend relaxing hours outdoors. The Wildau city park is a popular place for walks and picnics.

Exclusions:

The apartment is not wheelchair accessible (stairs). Smoking and open fires in the house/apartment are not permitted, nor are pets. Due to the stairs to the bedroom, the apartment is not suitable for small children (risk of falling), children over 12 are welcome. Parties are not permitted. It is not a fitter's or construction worker's apartment. There are 2 lovely cats living in the ground floor apartement, who sometimes sneaking around :-), which is a warning to those who are allergic to cats.
