This unique property, with its remarkable 1 bedroom and modern bathroom, is a mark above the rest. The bedroom features a queen size bed with woven light features and headboard.

The spacious living room features a comfortable couch to lounge on after a long day and a dedicated workstation for all remote working needs. The living room leads out to the marvelous terrace, which offers the chance to sit out at the table and take in the spectacular views of Berlin. The kitchen has been stylishly decorated and boasts ample space to prepare food in.

Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
