The Space:

The former commercial unit offers space for up to 5 people. Located on the groundfloor with direct street access, the former store was converted and renovated into a 2 bedroom apartment. with approx. 46 m². The bright living room offers a a dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The kitchenette is fully equipped with stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The bathroom offers a shower/WC. Explore the German captial like a true Berliner and benefit from the great location, just a stone's throw away from the famous Ku’damm.

The Neighborhood:

Your apartment is located in well situated district Berlin Wilmersdorf just a stone's throw away from famous shopping street Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm).



Getting Around:

Ring-Bahn station "S Halensee" is just a 7 minutes walk. Ring-Bahn lines S41 & S42 operate around the city circle.



Underground station "Bhf Adenauerplatz" is a 13 minutes walk to the apartment. Access to underground line U7.

Please note that a check in is only possible online via our digital check in system. The link for this will be provided in the reservation confirmation. After successfully providing the required data (filling out and signing the registration form and uploading your ID or passport), you will receive access to your guest area with information about your stay with us. Our Support Team is available 24/7 via phone or chat. We reserve the right to authorize a deposit by credit card at check-in.
