Centrally located studio perfect for couples and people who are looking for an authentic Berlin experience in one of Berlin's most popular neighborhoods.
The train and tram station and two supermarkets are only 200m away.
This lovely studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Berlin period building and has its own private entrance and sound insulating triple glazing.
The main living area has comfortable queen size bed (160x200), a stylish couch that can be converted into a double bed (184x196), and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including an oven and hub, microwave, toaster, french press coffee maker, espresso maker and kettle. There is also a bar with 4 bar stools where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your breakfast.
There is usually some tea, coffee, salt etc. in the kichen.
The apartment does not have a TV, that's why we recommand bringing a laptop. We are happy to share our Netflix account.
The bathroom is has a shower cabin, sink, towel heater and a hair dryer.
The aparment has been lovingly rennovated and converted from an old uphostery workshop. Since it is located in an former commercial space, it is legally allowed and does not take away living space from Berlin residents. So you can stay here without having a bad consicous about contributing to the city's housing issues.
GARDEN
A garden is at the rear of the building that you may use at any time. It is not directly adjacent to the apartment, but it can be accessed via the buildingâs main entrance.
Guest access
As our guest you will have the whole apartment to yourself. You wonât have to share it with anybody else.

LINEN & TOWELS
Bed linen and 1 hand towel + 1 bath towel per person are included. Extra towels cost extra and can be ordered prior to your arrival.

All private Berlin visitors have to pay the so called City Tax. This 5% tax has to be paid on top of the price you pay online.
