Prepare fresh meals in the kitchen, equipped with a coffee station and a full suite of helpful appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table, which seats six. Enjoy breakfast at the four-person kitchen table.

Spend leisurely days splashing in the five community pools -- all within easy walking distance. Or venture to the Ocean Pines Beach Club to play in the sand and surf. Enjoy easy access to a selection of nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment options as well as a casino.

*Ocean Pines properties offer options to purchase a parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
