Enjoy a day out at the Sun Outdoors Frontier Town Western Theme Park and experience the magic of the wild, wild west with some live cancan performances, train/pony rides, and many more! Head over to the oceanfront tides of Assateague State Park and lie down on the sandy shores on a beautiful morning with your family. Read your favorite book under the shade of an umbrella and let your kids play around in the water.

Head back after you've had your fill of the day and walk in through the front door to find a lovely and humble living area, complete with comfortable furnishings that provide plenty of space for you and your friends. Step into the full kitchen and whip up a hearty meal for everyone around dinner time using the appliances provided, then sit down at the bar area and feast to your heart's content. Enjoy the convenience of the community center and pool—just a short walk away from the unit. Also available on-site are the multiple tennis courts, the volleyball court, the basketball court, the playground, and the clubhouse with an arcade, Ping-Pong, and many other things! Be sure to bring your fishing rod and head out to the fishing and crabbing pier as well. Kick it up on a sunny day out on the patio area with a cold beer in hand, then head in around nighttime and stream one of your favorite movies as you snack on some popcorn.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
