This Berkeley Springs cabin is perfect for a couple's getaway or a solo retreat. This well-equipped getaway offers an ideal location for peaceful rest or as a homebase for outdoor adventures. Ready to play pickleball? The court is ready for you, directly in front of the cabin. Enjoy the special views of the wooded property and Sleepy Creek Nature Preserve. Enjoy excursions to Cacapon State Park or downtown Berkeley Springs and then unwind with a barbeque, reading a book by the propane fireplace or gather at the firepit beneath the stars. An ourdoor table awaits your dining creations, and a roomy queen bedroom gives you nightly respite. Bringing some friends along? A pullout sofa bed is in the main area. Truly, the best spot may be drawing a chair up to the window and pondering the world.

This cabin is situated on 35 acres of West Virginia heaven. It is approximately a 1/2 mile walk (drive) to the creek. Be aware that there are stairs to this upper level living. The entire lower level is the owner's personal garage and is not occupied. This cabin/barn is up and away from the other 3 cabins that are available on this 35 acre property.

INDOOR LIVING: 2 Flat screen tv's, living area and bedroom, high ceilings, ceiling fans, en-suite bathroom
KITCHEN: Full kitchen with coffee maker, dishware and flatware, refrigerator, microwave
GENERAL: Free WiFi, air-conditioning, cable/satellite, complimentary toiletries, suitable for children
ADDTIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS: 3 additional properties are available on-site, each with separate nightly rates, a 1 bedroom for 2 guests, a studio for 2 guests and a 3 bedroom for 8 guests. If you would like to reserve multiple units, please inquire for more information prior ti booking.

NOTE: Owners live on an adjacent property approximately 1/2 mile away and their property is not visible from this property.

What a fantastic place!! The pictures do not do the place justice! The space was quaint, and the kitchen carefully stocked with great equipment. At night, the full moon streamed through the picture windows. We even heard owls hooting in the frosty early mornings. What a place to rejuvenate.

Just as described, from the personal greeting upon arrival to the cozy accommodations. Every creature comfort available and a beautiful view to top it off. Great location in relation to the town but "secluded" enough for that getaway feel. Will visit again!

This cabin is more of a home, given all the amenities and the spaciousness. I had a lovely retreat and the hosts were so helpful giving me recommendations for what to find in the area. I found absolutely nothing lacking...in fact, the place looks even lovelier than in the pictures!

Beautiful place that feels isolated, but is close to so many fun things. Hosts were easy to contact and place had a lot of thoughtful touches. There are other properties on the land, but they’re spaced out like houses on a normal street. It was quiet and comfy and just lovely. Thanks!

Great place to get away. The house is large and is meticulously decorated with historic relics from all over. Everywhere you look there was something different and interesting of historical significance. The view of the stars at night was beautiful and Bill was a great host. My wife and I loved the stay.

This was our fourth time staying on the property and we loved this house the most! Beautiful views and everything we needed!We can always count on it being very clean, which we appreciate! The home was just beautiful- even better than the pictures portrayed. The hosts stopped by to bring over a new battery for the fireplace remote, and they were so nice and friendly. The only drawback was that it rained our whole 2 days , so we were not able to enjoy the outdoors, the fire pit or even the starry night sky, which was a great disappointment. We were very grateful for the two big comfy chairs in front of the large Smart TV, and the ability to find some interesting things to watch on TV. And we enjoyed nice breakfasts in Berkeley Springs, and finally a hike at Cacapon State Park the day we were leaving. If we decide to visit the area again, we would love to return to this charming home!

A stunning property to explore with a wonderful home to stay in. Everything was perfect - seriously. The hosts provided detailed instructions and nothing was overlooked in the house. A lovely relaxing retreat. The hosts were excellent and accommodating. Check-in was no problem. My favorite part of the experience was all the natural light from the sunrises and sunsets allowed from the large windows in the living area. 10/10

We very much enjoyed the Cabin apartment and how peaceful it was especially! The Hosts were very responsive, and had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. Enjoyed the fire pit and all the treats and ingredients for making s'mores! Only 10 minutes away from the historic town of Berkeley Springs where there's plenty of restaurants, shops, and other entertainment. We definitely want to come back, thanks

This is one perfect spot in the mountains. Quiet, peaceful, clean, thoughtfully set up. I will most certainly be returning. I feel sorry in advance for future hosts, Patti and Bobbi have set the bar too high for others. Exceptional!
