Step into our bright and comfortable downstairs apartment, a welcoming space designed for your Bergen stay. Morgensolen offers a peaceful and comfortable base in a quiet neighborhood, just a short distance from the city center.

A Home We Built with Care:

We, your hosts Kristin and Jurgen, live in a separate unit upstairs and are excited to share this space with you. We hope you feel the "hygge" (that special Norwegian feeling of coziness!) the moment you arrive. This is more than just a rental; it’s a peaceful haven nestled in a quiet neighborhood, with the city center of Bergen just a short trip away.

Your Comfortable Living Space:

Open-Plan Kitchen & Living Area: The recently renovated and open-plan kitchen and living area is designed for modern comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including an oven, induction cooktop, and a combined fridge/freezer, as well as all the necessary cookware. The living space features a cozy two-seater sofa and a heat pump/airconditioner for comfortable temperatures year-round. You will also find free Wi-Fi and a bar table with chairs for meals or work.

Bedroom (Sleeping Alcove): Get a good night's rest in the sleeping alcove, which features a comfortable 160 cm double bed. Baby crib upon request.

Bathroom: The recently renovated bathroom is modern and spacious, equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.

Direct Access to Nature:

One of our favorite things about living here is the direct access to scenic hiking trails right from our backyard! You can start a walk up Mount Løvstakken and immerse yourself in the stunning natural beauty that surrounds us.

Outdoor Area for Guests:

Guests are welcome to use our furnished rooftop terrace above the garage. It's a great spot to relax, enjoy the fresh air, or have a cozy evening around the bålpanne (fire pit). A grill is also available for outdoor cooking. Please note that to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, parties are not allowed.

- The apartment is accessed via stairs, so it might not be the best fit for guests with limited mobility.
- Our parking spot may be used free of charge, large vans or campers cannot be accommodated.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
