The apartment was comfortable with a washer inside the unit. Though there was not a dryer, we were able to hang the clothes to dry. The kitchen worked well for us thought it is lacking a microwave. The washer worked well too. The there is an elevator to your floor. The garbage room was very full and disorganized, even though they stress that putting the trash in the wrong bin will result in a fine. Additionally, the upstairs loft is tricky and a little dangerous to access due to the narrow spiral staircase, so we made use of the two bedrooms on the first level. Because of the way the apartment we had was built, there were a lot of random corners and low ceiling beams that caused many of us to bump our heads/body parts. The bathroom is large, but the shower is very close to the toilet, and they could definitely use more hangers. One of the bedrooms on the first level does not have blinds or shades, so it was harder to sleep at night with the sun going down for only a few hours and light flowing in. However, the few negatives do not in any way outweigh the positives. It is super close to the city center while still being a 10-20 minute walk away. It was a quiet with the windows closed, but there is a lot of noise outside. The owners were super responsive as well. The main issue we had was the parking. It is free, but there are ONLY 7 PARKING SPOTS in front of the building. There are a few more parking spots further down the street, but still only about 10-12 total.
