Our charming and spacious 5-bedroom home has everything you need for your Bentonville trip! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll be able to enjoy the front porch sittin’ with relaxing rockers, play games, or fine-tune your bike in our amazing Bentonville-inspired bike garage, and unwind after an epic ride in the privacy of the fenced-in backyard while grilling on the patio. Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is 1/2 a mile ride away, with Slaughterpen only slightly further and is 2 mi from Downtown Bentonville making this location a convenient base to explore all the area has to offer. Stayed at the Amelia for the 2025 big Sugar Classic. Very comfortable. Clean rooms. Full kitchen. Spent quite a bit of time in the garage seating area with the garage doors up enjoying the weather and prepping our bikes for the ride.

Another fantastic stay!

This is our second year staying at the Amelia! We had a blast once again and this place is 100% as advertised. Clean, spacious, and the hosts are over the top attentive and accommodating. We will be back for year three!

If you enjoy staying in a house that is even better than this pictures, this one is for you! 10 adults stayed VERY comfortably in the world's most bike friendly house! Ample area to store & work on bikes. Awesome garage area with bike living room. Tons of games, well stocked kitchen, clean & comfortable beds. Would recommend this everyone & anyone! A wonderful stay for our U of A tour weekend

A group of moms and sons enjoyed our stay and tour of Northwest Arkansas. The house was perfect for our group, close to the Bentonville Square and a short drive to Fayetteville. Comfortable, cozy and cute!

Mountain bikers dream

We were in Arkansas for an engagement party and the house fit us, kids and grandkids perfectly, but as an avid cyclist I will use this house if I’m ever riding that area. Close to trails and all the amenities you would want for a base to ride from. The hose was updated and as clean as you would ever want. Stay here when you’re in Bentonville.

Bikers Dream

The Amelia was the perfect house for our mountain bike group! 5 minute easy pedal to either Coler or Slaughter Pen bike trails and an easy walk for groceries, liquor store, and ice cream at Braum’s. Lots of room for our group of 6 and an amazing garage for bikes, gear, and repairs. Highly recommend this rental!!

Fantastic property. Very clean, tons of amenities, everything you could ask for. Short drive to square and right next door to Coler. Perfect for mountain biking, but also great for a family vacation.

Wonderful house!

We loved everything about this house! Everything was clean, organized, and as shown in photos or better! The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Great location and easy access to the bike trials, grocery store, and restaurants. Easy and prompt communication with the owner made for a smooth rental.

Family Gathering

The Amelia at Coler was a delightful experience for our family Thanksgiving gathering . We loved the beautiful kitchen and had everything we needed to prepare and cook our celebration dinner. The house is the perfect spot to take advantage of Coler trails and located close to town and other amenities. The home was very comfy and accommodating for our group of seniors, adults, a teen, children and an infant. All ages had a great time and there was plenty of space and the garage with the games was a bonus space for all! Our hosts were quick to respond and very thoughtful to make sure we were comfortable. On behalf of my entire family we would recommend booking a stay. It’s a special place and you certainly will be glad you did. I know we will return! Susie

Great family house with all the extras!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this house to experience what Bentonville has to offer. We would stay here again!! The extra amenities were top notch, especially for the bikes, and loved the stocked coffee bar. Location to trails, market, and the neighborhood were perfect. This house is well done!!!
