🛏 Third Bedroom: Queen with pull-out twin trundle. This room has a lounge chair, a 43" smart TV, a wardrobe, and a solid wood console table with toys, books, and games inside.

🛏 Fourth Bedroom: This bedroom has a plush queen bed, a live edge real wood bench, and closet.

🛡Security

• Safety cameras at the doorbell, shed, and back porch. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.
  
• Noise monitor in living room captures noise levels (not any sound) to prevent parties, which are prohibited. Noise monitor also has an integrated smoke, weed, and vape monitor, to prevent prohibited smoking activities.
  
• Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off. The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.
