There is plenty of room for the whole crew in the two living areas, formal dining space for 12, spacious kitchen, and 6 private bedrooms.

Offering amenities for up to 11 people, our spacious two-story, 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience for the whole family! Looking for more? Ask us about also reserving the neighboring house, The Northender!
Our main living room is complete with comfy seating, a large Smart TV and Sonos sound system, a fireplace, and stunning mid-modern decor. Our open concept kitchen has everything you'll need! Spend time with the family at the formal dining table for 12.
Downstairs is our game room! Enjoy another living space with a ping pong table, large Smart TV with Sonos sound system, seating, board games and kitchenette!
When it's time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our 6 bedrooms.
Downstairs:
(1) Our first Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, closet, and en suite bathroom with a wet room-soaking tub/shower!
(2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and nearby shared bathroom.
(3) Our third bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and nearby shared bathroom.
Upstairs:
(4) Our fourth bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and en suite bathroom.
(5) Our fifth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and nearby shared bathroom.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.
Getting Around:
Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!
Other Things to Note:
â Please be aware that the hot tub may require servicing during your stay. While we make every effort to schedule maintenance before checkâin, circumstances may occasionally require a vendor to perform service while guests are present.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkâin, and late checkâout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
