You will find The Momentary and 8th Street Market District right off of the trail system and across the street from the Lux Haus Bentonville. These contemporary social spaces were created to match today's community vibe, hosting visual and performing pop-up gatherings of art, culinary, music and so much more. "You Belong Here"

Lux Haus:

As you enter into through our front door you are greeted by a light filled living space with plenty of seating, smart tv and lavish gas fireplace. Gaze out the gorgeous windows at everything the Arts and Market District has to offer. At night you can close all of the electric blinds with a push of a button to create a private oasis you deserve on vacation.

Past the living area you continue into an oversized chef’s kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal. You will enjoy sitting around the large dining table with the family or scooting up to the large quartz island for a wine tasting. Open the kitchen drawers and doors for all of your cooking and dining needs. The extra large pantry holds smaller appliances such as the crock pot, air fryer, expresso machine, coffee maker with a sample of local roasted beans, blender and so much more.

Right outside of the dining space you will find double doors that guide you a couple steps down onto the private side patio where you can relax in the shade or dine al fresco with something you whipped up on the propane grill. You can also access this patio and long side yard from the back driveway. This is one of two outdoor spaces you get to enjoy.

Continue down the corridor of the main level past the powder bathroom to find the en suite bedroom, the only one on this level, that provides a queen bed, smart tv, luxurious linens and black out curtains. The attached bathroom has a large walk in shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We provide lush towels, wash clothes, hand towels, makeup towels and a hair dryer to keep packing to a minimum.

At the end of the home you will find a dedicated desk area for checking emails during your stay right next to the large laundry room. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer. This area leads to the 2 car garage where you can park your vehicle or bicycles for those who love to hit the trails. There are two additional parking spaces outside the garage.

Back inside, take the stairs to the second level where you enjoy a second living space with an electric fireplace, wet bar and pull out sofa with bedding. Grab cards from the cabinet and pile around the round table for game night. Grab a quick coffee from the single serve Keurig or stash your favorite Prosecco in the beverage fridge for evening celebrations on the balcony.

Yes, the covered balcony overlooking Bentonville is right off of the second living space. Enjoy the lights from the Momentary and sounds of occasional live music from Live on the Green while you pile around the propane fire pit on a brisk evening.

Down the hall past the second powder bathroom you will find 2 king size bedrooms with walk in closets and smart tv’s. They share a big bathroom with tub/shower combo, double vanity, and those luxurious towels, bathroom essentials and hair dryer.



At the end of the second level hallway you will arrive to the primary suite with eye-catching windows, tall ceilings and electric blinds for a wonderful night sleep. The stunning attached bathroom has a large soaker tub, double vanity, walk in shower with all the essentials you need and huge walk in closet. We provide a pillow menu, extra linens, iron, ironing board and steamer to make sure your clothes stay sharp. Satin pillowcases are located in the bedside tables!

Besides the 4 beds and pullout sleeper sofa, to accommodate 12-14 people, we have a sofa futon for an adult or 2 small children in one of the bedrooms and a queen air mattress for 1 or 2 adults or children.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
