When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating. Whether you're preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoying a board game at the dining table, the seamless flow of this space ensures everyone can be part of the fun.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four beds:

(1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, Smart TV, and an attached bathroom.

(2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom

(3) Third bedroom - Queen sized bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom.

(4) The living room couch pulls out into a Queen-size bed.



Spend time outside in the private backyard with a grill, dining table, picnic table, seating, string lights, and a fire pit.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

★ Please note, due to the proximity of downtown Bentonville, ongoing construction projects may be audible from the home.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
