Fascinating Contemporary lakefront home with amazing lake views. Comfortable, easy flowing floor plan, 12 ft. ceilings with oversized windows that provide an abundance of sunlight and gorgeous views. Interior highlights a modern vibe with clean lines, extensive use of glass, glass tiles and tempered steel. High end kitchen with all the amenities: Electrolux appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerator and under counter beverage center designed for those who love to cook and entertain. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths.

This two story 5 bedroom 5 bath home gives you full views of the lake from the comfortable living room and dining area on the main level. Upstairs is dedicated to the sleeping areas for privacy. Master bedroom has a king bed and a sofa bed that can sleep children and comes with amazing lake views and a balcony. Bedroom 2 also has amazing lake views and a king bed. Bedroom 3 also have a lake view and a king bed. There is a bedroom on the 1st floor with a king bed and a sofa bed. Basement has a bedroom with 2 double beds and a sofa can be converted in to a bed.

You couldn't ask for a better view for enjoying sunsets over the lake with a cocktail or coffee on the rooftop patio. The balconies offer amazing views of the lake, soak in the hot tub while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the large yard.

Amazing and clean rooms and amenities. Awesome view from backyard. Enough games to keep kids engaged. Great host who surprised us by sending us cake!!.Terrace giving a beautiful view for sunset. Also clean beaches within 2 to 5 miles on either side of home. A must come back place!!!

Rooftop Paradise

This home is made for groups! Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, the gathering spaces are perfect for game night, movie watching or wine on the rooftop. The windows give way to beautiful lake views and the rooftop is a perfect place to watch the sunset and stargaze. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Close to many towns, shopping, pubs and the vineyards all offer tastings and beautiful grounds.

Multi family getaway

This house was perfect for our large group. Every family had their own bedroom and full bathroom! The house was spacious. The views were great. The property manager was great to work with as well! Would highly recommend. We hope to come back next year!

Great Lake Michigan vacation

We have been at this house a few times and will come back! The views of the lake are unbeatable, also rooftop stargazing with the kids. The house is spacious, multiple bedrooms each with a bathroom, and fully finished basement. Washer, dryer, hot tub. 7 minute drive to downtown St Joseph, 5 minute drive to the beach, 20 minute to South haven. The host is super responsive and helpful.

A beautiful property in a great location. There were five couples in our group, and everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Plenty of room to socialize, cook, and enjoy the beautiful Michigan outdoors. The sunsets from the backyard and deck were absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Property

This VRBO spot was an absolute winner! The lake views were insane - we could soak them in from pretty much every room. The place was spotless when we got there and decorated so nicely. Check-in was a total breeze, and the owner was super responsive whenever we had questions. There was more than enough space for our big group to spread out comfortably. We spent so much time out on the deck, in the hot tub, enjoying the rooftop sunsets, and playing yard games. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking up big group meals. Checking out was just as easy as getting in. We were seriously sad to leave this little lakefront paradise and are already planning our next trip back!

Perfect vacation

I only have good things to say about the property and a host. The views of the lake from the rooftop and the balcony are superb. There are two beaches within 5 minutes drive. The town of Saint Joseph is 10 minutes drive. The property itself is fantastic. It has three levels, spacious bedrooms, and living room. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a wine cooler. The hot tub was well functioning. The host was super responsive, quickly getting back to us when we needed to resolve some small issues. I’m definitely hoping to come back. Thank you, Kawal!

Birthday Celebration

We were celebrating a big birthday for my husband. All of our immediate family was there except two who had to work. It was a great time, a lot of them enjoyed the hot tub and it was fun o sit on the roof and watch sunsets. Not far to the beach so all enjoyed that. They certainly thought of every thing you would ever look for in a kitchen.

Wonderful wedding weekend!

We stayed at the lake house for our wedding weekend and could not have asked for a better location! Perfect spot for our group to hang out during the weekend and enjoy the views. Kawal was a great host during and leading up to our event, always available to answer any questions and share tips/updates.

The house was amazing! We had a wonderful time and the open feel of the main floor kept us all together. The hot tub and kitchen were two of the biggest hits! The owner was very kind and great to deal with throughout our stay.

Lots of space and amazing views!

We booked this house for a large family getaway! We had 13 people comfortably in the house, ranging from 5-75 years old. The kids loved the basement (complete with big screen TV and 2 large couches for movie nights, and a ping pong table to keep them busy during the day) and the adults loved the spacious kitchen (we often had 3-4 people prepping/cooking at the same time with plenty of space to spare) and the amazing rooftop patio (we watched the sunset from here every night). There was plenty of indoor eating space so we could all comfortably be inside to eat when it was raining. The outdoor table only sat 6 but there were plenty of extra chairs so we could all sit outside (just not at a table). We loved the outdoor grill and the hot tub! We knew the house didn’t have beach access when we booked so we were ok with that - there are several great public beaches within a 10 minute drive. It was nice that the house had extra beach towels, beach chairs, kids life jackets, a fully loaded kitchen, and laundry supplies. All bedrooms have walk-in closets but no dressers, and the master has neither leaving it lacking in storage, we ended up living out of our suitcases for a week which was not ideal and had no where to hang clothes as the bathroom also lacked storage. Aside from two vanity drawers, there were no wall hooks to hang extra towels or clothes. Easy fixes which I’m sure the owner will make as he was SUPER RESPONSIVE both before and during our stay. Overall, the house and owner were fantastic and the stay was everything we had hoped for!

Great place for families

Overlooking Lake Michigan, this multileveled house worked well for our multigenerational family. This property has so many of the ‘little things’ that can make a vacation fun and easy, such as outside lounge chairs to watch the water and relax, a propane grill to make meals, a fire pit with wood, quality sheets and towels, and a complete kitchen with high-end appliances. There are coffee filters, spices, and every kitchen utensil we needed was here. There was cling wrap, foil, coffee filters, garbage bags, and other necessities. Every light switch is labeled, and there were even games for the family to play. The internet is strong and able to support multiple people on it at the same time. There were beach towels and sand toys, although the bluff is unstable and we had to go to a community beach, not play just below the house on the lake. I want to point out how responsive and fabulous the owner is. Throughout the entire rental process, Kawal ALWAYS responded quickly and with answers that made me very happy. I have rented many a house by owner, and by far, this owner has been the best I have ever had the pleasure to rent from. If I had one constructive comment to make the place an A+++, it would be to suggest the owner invest in blackout shades for the bedrooms. While the shades provided did not affect my sleep, my grandchildren would have done better with darker rooms. Thank you for a terrific time, Kawal.

Breathtaking views in a luxurious amazing house

What a great experience in a absolutely breathtaking property. From literally every window on every floor you have a full view of Lake Michigan. This is a very large five bedroom home with lots of en Suites which accommodated our family perfectly. The owner was outstanding. Easy to get a hold of, very helpful and left little touches throughout the home that made us feel like we are at home on vacation. The kitchen is massive with everything you would need to cook great meals. While there is no direct beach access, there are multiple beaches within a 5 to 10 minute driving distance that are beautiful with plenty of parking. We are planning on staying here yearly.
