We had an incredible time at this location. It was located super conveniently to local parks and beaches and the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and activities to choose from. The house was well-stocked, clean, and perfect for our family of 4!

House and location were great! Bedrooms, bathroom and living room were great. Size of kitchen was great also. Kitchen cabinets could use some organization and also some new skillets, other than that were pleased with the house and how well it was stocked with everything we needed. Family Time

This property was perfect for our small family vacation! Well it was a long weekend. It was a short drive to Silver Beach and all that area has to offer. We enjoyed an afternoon sitting outside at a winery that was a 10 minute drive. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my niece, her husband and the baby. The upstairs bedrooms accommodated the rest of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals for 9 of us. Everyone had a great time and the house was perfect for all of us!
Our fancy dinner of swordfish, beans from the farmers market and baked potato.
Every night we enjoy sitting outside on the front porch.

Great Location and beautiful home!

This property was just as advertised- Jean Klock Park is less than a mile away and very walk-able, even for the youngest grandchild of 4. Many beach supplies-chairs, wagon, toys, and an inflated kayak with oars. The house was plenty big enough for our entire family, with three bedrooms upstairs-one king-sized bed and room and one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a futon and plenty of room. The only two things I wish it had is a bigger yard for the kids to play outside. Although, we were there during the HOT days and spent most of the time at the beach. Downtown St Joe is just a short drive away, and more beaches. The AC had a hard time keeping up for the upstairs rooms with the heat; a big fan would be helpful. The Kitchen is large and lots of stools/chairs and two tables. Smaller living room but a table for games - and lots of those in the closet. Nice front porch to sit on in the cooler morning and evening, and walking paths by the Paw Paw River out the driveway side. For extra cars, the parking area was very close. Overall, EXCELLENT!!

Very nice house.

Husbands went tournament fishing, wives went shopping. House was great for 4 couples. Quiet neighborhood. House is very nice and has everything you need. HOA has rules that you need to read. Overall, good place to stay.

Great house

We definitely would stay in this house again. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, bedding and blankets. The Roku TVs were nice as well as the keyless entry. The location is perfect
.the river, the beach, downtown St. Joe

What a great place!

My husband and I got married in Benton Harbor yesterday. I chose this house as the location for my bridal party and I to get ready. What a clean, bright, beautiful home! Perfect for my girls and I to stay at the night before, and to have our hair and makeup done on the day of the wedding. Highly recommended!

Excellent Lake House

There are some big things and little things that make this property excellent. The location is close to public beach (Jean Klock Park) is within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and well kept, with a playground and grills, etc. The house sits facing a golf course which would be great for golfers. It's also a short distance from downtown St. Joseph's. The house was clean and just as pictured. And was probably one of the most well stocked houses I've stayed in. Little things like spices, feminine products, plenty of towels (beach and bath) and blankets. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies and trash bags/ paper towels. This may seem minor but really helps a guest to feel at home and helps with not having to overbuy at the store. The house was also well stocked with board games, multiple bikes and even a kayak. There were beach chairs and a beach cart. We didn't need to have much communication with the owners/managers but it was clear on how to communicate with them. Check in and out was easy! Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Wedding Weekend Getaway

This house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly met our needs. We traveled with four families (two couples plus two families with one toddler each) and we had plenty of room for the kids to play around both inside and at the nearby beach. It was easily accessible to downtown Saint Jo and even had beach toys and a wagon.10/10 recommend and would book again.
