This professionally detailed classic two-story stone club cottage is located on the 14th green of an exclusive Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course called Point O' Woods in Benton Charter Township, near all that Southwest Michigan offers. The owner has invested in significant custom design upgrades to the house, including natural hardwood floors, a bluestone entryway, custom millwork, beamed ceiling, crown moldings and wainscoting throughout, all-new high-end Whirlpool appliances, and room-darkening shades. Spend time overlooking an amazing golf course in this lovely, like-new house with high-end classic traditional appointments.

Inside, this gem of a home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and plenty of open spaces to unwind, have fun, and simply create everlasting memories of your trip to Point O’ Woods and Southwest Michigan! The inviting living area boasts terrific views from floor-to-ceiling French windows and doors, a flatscreen TV with cable for endless entertainment, and two large sofas to snuggle up on. The open kitchen has been appointed with all high-end Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, as well as a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing the most delicious meals and snacks for you all. When mealtime comes around, gather at the wooden 10-person dining table off of the kitchen for family meals. The patio, which is accessible from the living room, offers a nice spot to admire prime golf course views, a firepit, and a gas grill for added entertainment.

The ground floor of the home hosts two bedrooms, along with two en suite full bathrooms. The main bedroom is spacious and features an en suite bath with a large spa-like standalone shower. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a standalone spa-like shower as well. Upstairs, you will discover two more bedrooms, along with two other en suite bathrooms with a standalone spa shower each.

Please note the following:
*Current Point O' Woods members will have their normal level of access to the club (contact information will be provided during the booking process).
*Members of other reciprocal private golf clubs may also have access to the club based on day and time of request to play.
*Guests who do not belong to either category will not have access to any golf course amenities, including the tennis courts and other club facilities. Guests are still absolutely welcome to stay as a vacation rental only and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and great house. This is non-negotiable based on club rules, thank you for understanding.
*All guest rules will be posted and must be followed.
*All guests will be required to complete a registration form that will be transmitted to the course automatically as part of the booking process.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
