Looking for a fun and relaxing SW Michigan getaway? At Evergreen Lodge you can spend your days visiting wineries, exploring St Joseph/South Haven/Saugatuck, or hang back and relax with a game of pool and soak in the hot tub! We're just minutes from Hagar Park Beach, Silver Beach, and Lions Park Beach for those who love some outdoor adventure. Evergreen Lodge offers our guests a place to relax and create life-long memories!

The space:
The Home: This 2,800 sq ft house features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen is perfect for the home chef with high end appliances. The kitchen opens up into a lovely family room to relax and watch TV. The formal dining room around the corner provides additional space for guests to enjoy meals. Off the foyer is a game room - features a pool table or ping pong table (your choice), a dartboard and 75" TV. Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths - 2 rooms with a king bed, 1 room with a queen bed, and one room with two full beds.

**We have central air/heat throughout the house.

The Hot Tub: Soak and relax in our private 6-person hot tub. The hot tub is available for use year-round -- enjoy a snowy evening under the stars or treat your muscles after a long day of outdoor adventure.

The Grill & Fire Pit: We have a gas grill for our guests to use during their stay. There is also a fire pit out back off of the game room that we welcome our guests to use (responsibly) especially on a cool fall evening! We do not supply firewood, but it can be easily purchased at nearby grocery stores, hardware stores, or sometimes even on the side of M-63.

The Location: Only 90 miles from downtown Chicago, and approx. 3 hours from Detroit. Less than 3 miles from Hagar Shores Beach and the blue waters of Lake Michigan. Only 7 miles from Silver beach, and Lions Park beach, 14 miles from Van Buren State Park beach, and 20 miles from South Haven beach. A delightful & peaceful lifestyle this is a great location close to local cafes, breweries and shops, near beaches and feels a world away! You will find dining, theatre, shops, entertainment, jet skiing, sailing, charter boats, fishing, biking, hiking, kids museum, art & music festivals, wineries, breweries, and festivals of all kinds, including: Blueberry/Venetian/Harbor/Iron Man/Peach and Ice Festivals... New Harbor Shores Golf Course, Michigan Hills and other great golf courses all within short miles away.

** Please note: While we are located across the street from the lake, we do not have private beach access.**

During the busy season (Memorial Day wknd through Labor Day wknd), we have a strict check-in/out schedule to ensure the home is ready for each guest. During the off season, it is possible we can allow an early check-in, just ask!

Check-in: 5:00pm EST and check-out: 11am EST

Please note that there are 2 exterior security cameras on the property -- it is located on the front porch and the garage with views of the porch and part of the driveway; It is motion activated and remains on at all times.

Entry into the home is considered to be your signed and informed consent.

Your 4-digit entry code will be provided to you at any time before 3 PM on the day of your arrival. Please note that receiving the code in advance does not authorize early check-in without prior approval.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house.
