The recently renovated bathroom is a dream with bath, shower and toilet. The house comes complete with laundry and sizeable deck and backyard.

This spacious home located in Kennington is the perfect base for your next visit to Bendigo. You can drive to Bendigo's CBD in less than 10 minutes and visit La Trobe University and the Kennington Reservoir in less than 3 minutes when staying at this property.
This comfortable home offers plenty of room for all types of travelers including families, couples, workers and students. The property has three bedrooms (one king size and two queen size) that can fit up to six guests. One of the bedrooms even has a desk with chair which can be used for anyone needing to do work away from home.
Inside this light-filled, cozy home you'll find a large living room with flat screen TV and ample seating. This room can be sectioned off from the dining room and kitchen making it the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind from a day exploring Bendigo.
