Le Galveston House est situĂ© sur le cĂŽtĂ© ouest branchĂ© et populaire de Bend, au cƓur du quartier de Galveston. Il se trouve Ă  distance de marche des points chauds de la rĂ©gion comme 10 Barrel Brewing Company, Westside Bakery and CafĂ©, Victorian CafĂ©, Phil’s Growlers, Ariana, Paradise Produce Stand et The Lot --- notre tout nouveau court de restauration avec repas en plein air.

Il y a aussi d'excellents magasins de vĂ©los, des pourvoiries de loisirs et de fabuleux bars Ă  jus prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s des locaux Ă  deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons. Sautez Ă  droite sur votre vĂ©lo et en moins de 3 km vous ĂȘtes Ă  Phil’s Trail connu pour son excellent vĂ©lo de montagne. Chargez votre planche ou vos skis et vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement 20 minutes du mont. Bachelor et nos pentes de poudreuse. Le centre-ville historique est Ă  seulement 15 minutes Ă  pied, en grande partie Ă  travers Drake Park le long de la riviĂšre Deschutes. Peu importe la direction dans laquelle vous vous tournez, vous ĂȘtes au cƓur d'un dĂ©licieux Bend.

Nous avons utilisé de superbes meubles et matériaux uniques revendus pour rendre cette maison non seulement confortable, mais aussi chaleureuse et accueillante. Il y a une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, jusqu'aux grains de cafĂ© frais, en attendant vos crĂ©ations culinaires. La maison a le Wifi GRATUIT partout, vous pouvez donc tweeter sur la belle Bend, une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur pour ces vĂȘtements de jeu Bend et une vaste cour entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e. Everything went smoothly. Host was prompt with responses and patient with our fumblings. The location is fabulously walkable. The house was a bit cold, but everything was comfortable. The kitchen is fabulously ready for food prep, which we didn't do, as there are so many great restaurants within walking distance.

Great location—one block to Galveston Ave and 10 minute walk to Newport Ave corridors. Also easy walk to downtown Bend. House pictures accurate and everything is very comfy. Something to know is that the access to backyard is through the primary bedroom—no big deal for us but could be an issue for others. Management company very responsive and added to the quality of the stay.

Perfect place to hang out in Bend. Well stocked with kitchen items, perfect back yard and a very sweet neighbor (our dogs were fascinated by his cats antics). Super comfy house and very close to Bend highlights.

Great property. Only thing I’d say is the fees are getting out of hand. This is across all of Vrbo. With these fees constantly increasing it will keep property owners from being able to rent out their homes.

Republicans not welcomed by neighbors

The property was excellent and the Property manager was great! The home was exactly what it was described to be! However the neighborhood is not fond of Republican/Conservatives! There was one particular lady that started name calling as we were walking in coming back from 10 barrel brewing! I have political stickers on my Truck and Idaho plates that obviously she didn’t appreciate We were called white supremacy cause we live in Idaho and it got to the point the police were called on us! The property manager received calls from other neighbors stating we were loud but there are literally 2 breweries very close by intact one is right next store! Again the property and the host were excellent but if you are not a democrat or liberal and have anything on your vehicle stating you support Trump then you will have problems with the neighbors as obviously they don’t want Trump supporters in there neighborhood!

Great location on Galveston corridor!

We had a lovely stay here! It was the perfect amount of space for 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The backyard is the perfect size to hang out and play, and you are just steps from Galveston and a short walk to the river. The home is exactly as listed, and comes with everything you need (bedding, towels, stocked kitchen, laundry, etc). The host was very communicative and helpful. We definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, the river, etc.

Perfect location!

We've stayed at this property in the past and loved it. It really is in the perfect location. We walked to Old Bend (15 min), Old Mill (20-25 min) and of course right across the steet to 10 Barrel Brewery. Sun River Brewery is about a 2min walk and they have great food...and beer of course. The house is well cared for and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Another good stay

Return guests for a reason - easily walkable to breweries, restaurants/cafes, old town and Old Mill districts, parks, and the river. Quick access to the mountain. Plenty of space for meals with family and friends. Fully fenced yard the best feature per our dogs. :-) Easy check in/out. Plenty of parking. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and hope to make this a more regular trip.

Great Inner Bend location

This is a nice updated older home just off NW Galveston which is a great trendy street for food and drinks. You can walk or ride to downtown. The house is well equipped and lacked nothing we needed. Lastly, this property was also dog friendly but we saw no evidence of other dogs when we stayed. We will certainly consider staying here again.

Rented this property for a long weekend getaway and it was just what we needed. Clean, excellent location, walking distance to just about anything you will need. Large fenced back yard, hot tub and plenty of good times. Thank you.

Location

One of the best locations in Bend. Walk to everything and enjoy great restaurants just blocks away. The house was very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy evenings in the hot tub even in the cold spring weather that came through.

Unbeatable Location with all the amenities

We rented this house for two weeks in Bend. You can’t be the location to great restaurants, Drake park (and the floating take out point), and downtown. We loved being able to walk everywhere and not deal with traffic or parking hassles. We even walked our paddle boards down to Mirror Pond and back. The yard is a great and hot tub was a great bonus. Best of all, we could put our names in at the nearby restaurants and wait for our table back at the house.
