Before you even enter the home, you are transported into a lush wonderland just beyond the entry gate. As you walk through the outdoor corridor, you'll find a gazebo to your right overlooking a serene pond and beautiful landscape, the perfect setting for a cup of tea and your favorite novel. Although you could stay out here for hours, the inside of the home is just as magical.

Entering through the front door, you'll find an enchanting staircase in front of you that leads up to the second and third floors and down to the lower movie theater floor. The movie theater is equipped with reclining seating and a big screen projector, so grab your candy and popcorn and plan to be there all night!

On the main floor is the kitchen, living area, and dining room. The kitchen is stocked full of dinnerware for a delicious meal and a countertop bar right next to the dining table makes for easy socializing before the meal is ready. The living area is split into two nearby halves, one a seating area and one with a TV and sectional. They are close enough for the whole family to be together, but also allow for separate conversations. Off of the living room are you'll find a Queen bedroom and full bathroom.

Head up to the second floor where natural lighting abounds from gorgeous windows that overlook the courtyard. Up here you'll find the King ensuite bedroom with an incredible walk-in closet straight out of the movies. Come prepared to soak into relaxation in the attached private bathroom that features a jetted tub, Bluetooth stereo, and balcony. On this same floor you'll find two more Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. If the kids want to continue movie night beyond the theater room, they'll love the third floor loft with 4 twin beds, a full bathroom, and a large flat screen TV.

When you're ready for some friendly competition, play the basketball favorite "pop-a-shot" in the garage! And while you likely won't want to leave the property, when you do, you can explore Sunriver on the 6 adult bikes provided and take in the breathtaking scenery.
