You'll have access to the entire top level of the home. Note that there is an interior spiral staircase that does connect to the other floors. Each floor is secured with a deadbolt.

Other things to note
This is the top level of a three story home, which has been professionally soundproofed. We do appreciate your consideration of your downstairs neighbor, but "normal activity" is not an issue whatsoever.

There are no shared spaces, though we do ask you to park in a specified (reserved for you) spot in the driveway.
