The Space:

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect retreat for visitors seeking the ideal blend of tranquility and adventure. Step out your front door and onto the Haul Road Trail, extending for miles across the scenic wilderness and even connecting to the Deschutes River Trail if you’re up for even longer adventures with your furry friend. With convenient bike rack storage right at the home, no detail has been spared in helping to create the vacation of your dreams.



When you’re ready to see all that Bend has to offer, you’ll be within just 2 ½ miles to downtown and the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. The Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is just 20 minutes away, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination from snow enthusiasts from all over. The Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes from the home, offering miles of ski, snowshoe, and walking trails. This area doesn’t just come alive in the winter months, however. Widgi Creek Golf Course is only 5 minutes away offering challenging fairways for all skill levels surrounded by vibrant scenery.



Indoors, bright and open spaces are adorned with contemporary furnishings and modern, nature themed décor, creating an environment as suitable for relaxation as it is for entertaining. Unwind in the living room on plush sofa seating while you stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV. The kitchenette is well-equipped for whipping up quick bites and light meals on the go, featuring a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and kettle. The café table for 2 can host mealtimes as well as your quiet cup of morning coffee or break out a deck of cards for a spontaneous game night filled with fun and laughter.



This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a luxurious king size bed fitted with soft blankets and fresh linens for a great night’s sleep. The home’s full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home does not include laundry facilities.

• No driveway parking available.

• Parking available for 2 vehicles in the easement on the side of the home.

• At no time can occupancy of 2 be exceeded.

• Please note the home’s owner resides in the main home on the property. They have their own private entrance and will not impact your stay in any way.

• Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.

• Pet friendly! 1 small dog. An additional pet fee of $35 per night will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team 888-919-4987 after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, mounted on the front entrance and actively monitoring the home’s exterior and driveway.

• The Thermostat is controlled with Google Nest (Central A/C)

- During Winter months, it is automatically set, please do not go above 70 degrees.

- During Summer months, it is automatically set, please do not go above 72 degrees.



Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
