Pet Rules

Pet flat fee is $50 per dog per visit with prior approval, DOGS ONLY!
Pick up pet refuse, $50 minimum fee will be charged if pet refuse is left for us to pick up
Never leave your dog unattended inside or outside the home, either crate or take Fido with you!  Bend loves dogs, we have provided a leash for your use
Never allow your dog on ANY of the furniture (26 x 38 dog bed is provided), extra cleaning fees will be charged to launder and clean furniture
No barking after 10 p.m., bring your loved one inside

Immaculate Rock Bluff is a beautiful 2,120 sq. ft., pet friendly (dogs only!) five bedroom home with three bathrooms located in a quiet neighborhood in Bend, Oregon, located off of Brookswood Avenue.  This fabulous 5 bedroom Bend vacation rental home is located within walking distance of the Old Mill District and a longer walk to Downtown Bend. Complete with a lovely manicured yard and mature landscape with grass, private hot tub and a fenced yard with a gate that leads to a beautiful running trail situated behind the home for your morning walk or stroll.  Without a doubt this is the perfect suburban getaway.  Although it is large, this is definitely not a party house!

Pivotally located off of Brookswood Drive, this beautiful fully remodeled 2,120 sq. ft. home is the setting in which to experience all that Bend, Oregon has to offer.  The beautifully decorated vacation home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 5 unique bedrooms, all with thoughtful decor with plenty of color and flare with your comfort in mind.  Four of the bedrooms are located on the upper level; the large, sunny king main suite with a large private on suite large bathroom with dual sinks, glass encased shower, large walk in closet and smart tv for your streaming.  A second king bedroom is also located on the upper level, as well as queen bedroom, both with the guest bathroom in close proximity.  Further down the hall is the bunk room, with two bunks, each with a twin beds over full beds, complete with a smart television with streaming capabilities, a foosball and whimsical decor.

The formal seated dining space + breakfast bar for two can accommodate sit down eating for a similarly large group of 10 and the kitchen is fully appointed to allow guests to enjoy cooking for themselves. With both a living room and reading room, there are fantastic cozy seating spaces on the main level of the home, and each of the 5 bedrooms offer roomy accommodations with additional amenities (one room has foosball, another a workstation desk). Throughout most of the year you can indulge in Bend’s beautiful weather with a wonderful backyard and deck space perfect for BBQ’s, games, or soaking in the hot tub.
