Nestled in the heart of Sunriver, Redwood 7 is your perfect getaway for a family vacation. This spacious, three-bedroom home comfortably sleeps ten and features three full bathrooms, modern amenities, and a serene location with nearby outdoor activities like cross-country skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.

The open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen invites your group to gather while sharing meals and cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, and a new dishwasher. Tall ceilings with skylights and tasteful pine and stone accents bring warmth and light to the common area, where you can snuggle up to a movie night in the living room in front of the cozy gas fireplace.

Off the kitchen is a family room with a full-sized sleeper sofa, large TV, DVDs, and games, for those who prefer a night in.

Exit the dining area to the wrap-around back deck, which opens to a wooded common area. The deck is a great place for grilling on the gas grill, dining al fresco, or soaking under the stars in the large, new private hot tub.

Head upstairs to find the three bedrooms. Bedroom one is a king ensuite with a jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom two holds a queen bed. Bedroom three has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and TV. A full guest bathroom with a shower over tub.

When you’re ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, head out on one of the adult bikes provided with this home to explore over 30 miles of paved pathways.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kind of summer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Perfect Stay

This house is everything we were looking for. It had plenty of bikes and helmets, an awesome pingpong table, clean jacuzzi, and lots of room for everyone! It was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Check in was easy and manager very attentive. Hope we can stay here again. p.s. The coupons from property management were most appreciated! We love Sunriver

Clean House with Perfect Location

As a family of five, three adults and two children, we absolutely loved our stay at this property! The house was very clean, aside from the stuck on gunk on all three of the box fans. We did use these at night to help cool off our rooms, so it would be beneficial to have these regularly cleaned for your guests. Other than that, the location and the neighborhood was perfect for walking and bike rides! Since this house is so close to our family who resides in SunRiver, we will be looking to book this house on our next visit!

Comfortable Home

Communication with property mgmt was great. The home was very clean and well stocked with the necessaries. There were plenty of bikes in various sizes available and and a few SHARC passes were included. We had no issues and would definitely rent this home again.

We loved the house but it had some issues

Some likes: Decorated tastefully, modern, well lit, big deck, interesting kitchen, shower in every bath. Dislikes: During our last night, we decided to use the hot tub. The water level was about 5 inches low. I was not able to find a hose to fill it. When we we done with the hot tub, we were going to shower off and go to bed. Unfortunately, the hot water was not working. I'm not sure what happened, because the hot water was working earlier that day. I texted the number provided but I didn't feel like calling the emergency line since I didn't want to stay up all night waiting for someone to arrive and fix the hot water. I tried the water again in the morning and it was still cold. We were not able to shower before checking out. We loaded the dishwasher but did not run it due to the hot water issue. Another thing we noticed was many of the electrical outlets were completely worn out. Anything we tried to plug in fell right out. We had to search for working outlets since this is a safety hazard. Notably, the upstairs bathroom (not the master). My girlfriend was not able to use her hairdryer in that bathroom. The master closet light was not working (not a big deal). The toilet in the master bath ran periodically all night. The countertop tiles on either side of the stove were loose. One of the windows in the master bedroom has no blind/curtain and it faces east. It was nearly impossible to sleep after sunrise. Check in time was 5:00PM or maybe even 6:00PM. I was not happy to learn this. For this trip, it worked out for us becasue we weren't able to arrive until 10:00PM but in the future, I'm not sure I would pick a property with such a late check in time. Same goes for the check out time. Check out time in the hospitality industry used to be noon. Recently some hotels have rolled it back to 11:00. This property was 10:00. It just seems like we are getting a little less for our money.
