The studio condo is a charming accommodation nestled along the banks of the Deschutes River. Up to four guests can vacation here and sleep on a queen sized bed, as well as a pullout couch. This cottage has a kitchen, full bathroom and a large closet for those wishing to stay a little longer! A desk is nestled up to the window, providing the perfect backdrop while you to get a little work done or even just enjoy a meal! A pet fee is required for those bringing their four-legged friends.



The Space:

The studio condo is a charming accommodation nestled along the picturesque banks of the Deschutes River. With its serene location, it offers a tranquil retreat for nature enthusiasts and those seeking a peaceful getaway. The condo features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a convenient pullout couch, providing ample sleeping space for up to four travelers. The interior exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, with a distinct woodsy feel that seamlessly blends with the surrounding natural beauty of the area.



The full kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to be able to whip up anything from a quick snack to some of your favorite meals! It includes a full-sized fridge, microwave, stovetop oven and plenty of dishes and cookware.



The bathroom features a walk-in shower and plenty of counter space for your morning routine! You will also find a large closet in the condo so feel free to over-pack a little if that's your style, because we've got space for it! Although doing laundry while on vacation is not at the top of most people's "good-time list," we do have a laundry room located on-site, just in case you need a few things washed while you're staying here. 



This condo is amazing for so many reasons but the very best part is the location! It's not every day you come across a rental that is so close to the river, you could toss a stone in! A desk is situated right at the window so whether you need to bring some work along or just want a spot to do some crafts or creative writing, you will have the perfect backdrop from the oversized window. A river trail runs along the back of the condo as well, giving you direct access to downtown with just a 10 minute stroll! You will be able to people-watch to your hearts content from this condo, but rest-easy that you will have your privacy as the window is coated with a privacy tint so people on the outside cannot see in.



Don't forget about the fact that you will have access to our year-round indoor heated pool and hot tub! These amenities are open daily from 9am-10pm and are the perfect way to rest your muscles after a day at the mountain!



Guest Access:

The studio cottage comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio cottage in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This studio cottage is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The studio cottage comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
