The Deschutes River Trail is right out back and with a 10-15 minute walk, can take you right into downtown Bend! Also enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub!



The Space:

Unit 251, aka "Dam Nation" here at Bend Riverside Rentals is a riverfront studio that is a perfect getaway spot for one or two travelers! It's oversized riverfront window provides an unbeatable view of the Deschutes River as well as the dam that is almost perfectly aligned with the unit! 



The kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, mini fridge and beautifully updated granite countertops to go with the new white cabinetry. Kick back with a book in the arm chair with it's matching ottoman and take in nature's best show, right out the window! Once it gets dark or you've done enough river and people watching from the window, there is a flat screen TV with basic cable as well as USB ports for you to bring your own streaming devices and catch up on your favorite shows! The bathroom includes a toilet, sink vanity as well as a shower/tub combo for you to get in a nice warm bubble bath after you have had a full day of taking in all the great things Bend has to offer!



The Deschutes River Trail is right out back and with a 10-15 minute walk, can take you right into downtown Bend where you will find countless restaurants and pubs- not to mention, some great shopping! Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily, so be sure to bring those swimsuits!



Guest Access:

The studio cottage comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio cottage in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This studio cottage is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The studio cottage comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
