This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms, a 5th bedroom includes the sauna, and 4 twin size convertible beds in the game room that are perfect for the kids and comfortable enough for adults!
Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed and deck access.
Bedroom #4, the only bedroom on the entry level, includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #5, also the Sauna Room, includes a trundle with two twin beds and deck access.
The home also includes a third full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower and an additional half guest bathroom.

Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Visit Hayden Homes Amphitheater for a concert, or just head to Old Mill to take the sounds in! Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. Adventure note: You cannot float from the home to Bend. You can make your way to Riverbend Park, about a 15-minute drive, to start your float through Bend and the Old Mill District down to Drake Park. Shuttles can bring you back up to River Bend Park for a small fare.
