Bachelor. Sleeping 14 people, with a semi-attached casita, this house is perfect for family gatherings! The outside is truly special, with 2 large deck areas, a hot tub, and a gazebo. Miles of mountain bike trails beckon, and kayaking/paddleboard adventures await!

This large and airy home sits on 0.86 acres of beautiful Central Oregon landscape, offering a peaceful setting with direct Spring River access, generous indoor space, and plenty of outdoor areas to relax and play. Designed with gathering in mind, the home is ideal for extended families, multiple couples, or groups looking to make lasting memories.

Absolutely Amazing Property
We have been vacationing in Sunriver for decades and rent a home for our family each stay. This home was by far our favorite. Not only was the house exceptionally clean and well appointed, the property was breathtaking! The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of extra towels, comfy beds, a huge comfy couch in the family room, and an extra entertainment room we used for yoga. The house sits on a huge lot that backs to the spring that feeds the Spring River. It looks like a large pond and is extremely clean and clear. We were able to use the paddle boards provided on the water. Lots of wild life abound in the area. There is also private river access around the corner for the neighborhood. Proximity to Sunriver village was great and we even found a new restaurant (The Wallows) close by that we ended up loving. We will definitely rent this property again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
