The space
Awbrey Perch sits high on the hillside of Awbrey Butte, one of Bend's most sought-after neighborhoods, where the trees open just enough to frame forested eastern views and unforgettable sunrises. Newly renovated and thoughtfully designed, this is a retreat built around recovery — for skiers, bikers, hikers, and anyone who wants to feel genuinely restored by the time they leave.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms across a comfortable, well-appointed layout. The primary bedroom is generously sized and features a queen bed plus a pull-out sofa that comfortably sleeps two additional guests — perfect for families or groups. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. The home sleeps up to 6 guests total.

LIVING + KITCHEN
The living area is bright and comfortable with large windows framing treetop views, a cozy gas fireplace, smart TV, and plush seating — exactly what you want after a long day on the mountain or trail. The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range, quality cookware, and everything needed to cook real meals at home.

WELLNESS CENTER

OUTDOOR SPACES

LOCATION
Perched above Bend but never far from it. Drake Park and downtown Bend are just 1.5 miles away — an easy drive or a scenic downhill ride. Newport Market is 1 mile away for groceries and local goods. The Old Mill District is 2.2 miles. Hillside Park is a 20-minute walk. Redmond Airport is 21 minutes. Mt. Bachelor is 29 minutes for world-class skiing, snowboarding, and summer mountain biking.

Guest access
Self check-in via smart lock. Guests have full access to all guest living spaces and wellness amenities except for locked housekeeping closets.

Parking: there are up to 2 onsite parking spots on the driveway right in front of the garage door. There is also free on street parking on 5th St. No garage parking (garage houses wellness center)

Other things to note
- A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Booking confirms agreement to these terms.
- Primary guest must be 25+ and must be present for the duration of the stay.
- Government-issued ID and screening may be required.
- No parties, events, or unregistered guests.
- Occupancy limits strictly enforced.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00pm–7:00am.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- No pets (services animals welcome but must be disclosed to management)
- Guest is financially responsible for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, excessive utility use, fines, or violations of house rules.
- Violations, noise complaints, unauthorized occupancy, or prohibited activity may result in immediate removal without refund.
