You want adventure in the great wide somewhere, you want it more than you can tell
 For once it might be grand to have someone understand, you want so much more than they've got planned!

Be our guest in Bend Riverside Unit 201, A.K.A. “Ale As Old As Time”! This beautiful remodeled studio is perfect spot for a two-person getaway. Eight-foot glass doors open onto a patio that gives you an outstanding view of the Deschutes River. Enjoy patio seats and soak in the warm sunshine and the beauty of nature that Bend has to offer. Listen to the rushing water flow by and let it relax you into a dreamlike state of wonder.

This studio is part of the Bend's Riverside Commons Condominiums on the outskirts of downtown Bend, Oregon. Inside you have a full kitchen to prepare meals. This is a perfect room for a couples retreat or perhaps just a boy's or girl's weekend.

Our guests enjoy easy access to the river trail. Take the trail for a stroll in either direction for beautiful scenes and possibly wildlife right here in town. If you head south on the trail you will walk through Pioneer Park into downtown and eventually reach Drake Park. You can walk from our studio to the heart of downtown in around 8 minutes depending on your foot speed. In downtown you will find numerous boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs.

Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)

Guests have access to on-site card operated laundry machines. We have an indoor pool and hot tub, which are open year-round, so don't forget to bring your swimsuits!

This was our first time at this property and it work out well. This unit is on the ground floor and the Deschutes River, as it wonders through town, is just outside the back door. Nice kitchen, clean, ample room for all our stuff, including my road bike!

We loved our stay here! The location along the river was amazing. Close to downtown. The unit was clean and tidy and very cozy for me and my daughter. It was well stocked. Being able to see the river out of the glass doors and walk right out on the ground floor was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Spend a few days here for a wedding. Loved being able to walk outside and see the river. It was only about a 15 minute walk to restaurants and bar area. Accommodations were clean, ample parking, and amenities were nice. Communications with the staff was very clear. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

We were excited to have a view of Deschutes River. But upon entering this condo all our excitement went down the river. This place had a strong musty oder or was it pet urine
 it was strong. The carpet was old and had several dark stains on it. Overall, it just had a rundown and wore out feeling. There was no coffee pot in the coffee machine, and I looked all over for it, but upon further inspection the coffee interior was filthy. So off to Starbucks for my morning coffee I went. I did reach out in email under an email from earlier communication, but got no response back. The office was closed upon our return each evening as well so we weren’t able to talk to anyone about all this. Upside, nice view, quiet and close to town.

Located in a fairly quiet part of town yet easy access to downtown restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed being close to the path that runs along the Deschutes River,great for biking or walking. The efficiency is clean with good parking, and equipped with an adequate kitchen equipment for simple meals.

Can't Get Better in Bend

This rental has everything you could ever want or need. It's the perfect size for a pair or a small group. It's has an amazing view of the Deschutes River, right in the backyard. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was parking conveniently right in front of the property. It's also in an amazing location, not only because it's very easy to get on and off the freeway but also because it's within walking distance of the downtown. It's just blocks away from the last Blockbuster, which was a highlight of our trip as well as dispensaries and restaurants. There is a walking path along the Deschutes River which was so peaceful and beautiful, another highlight of our stay. Communication with the owner was very easy and they were thorough with their instructions. Check in and out was a breeze and the keyless entry was very easy to use. The fireplace was also a bonus. I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you for making staying in Bend an amazing and memorable experience!

Beautiful view on the ground level!

This was just perfect for myself and my husband for a short getaway! Check in was extremely simple with key less entry/contact. River view out the back patio with a large walk-able trail along the river. While we didn't use the pool area it was right outside the front door of the condo. Lots of green space and right next door to Pioneer Park. Even though it's next door, we didn't hear any noise from guests using the park and the parking lot was far enough away that it didn't cause noise issues either. Simple walk to down town area as well, so very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
